Welcome to StatusBridge.ai. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services provided by StatusBridge Unlimited (“StatusBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Services” refers to AI, automation, consulting, development, integration, and related offerings provided by StatusBridge. “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging StatusBridge’s services.8

StatusBridge delivers tailored AI and automation solutions, including but not limited to workflow analysis and consultation, custom chatbot and automation development, integration with client systems and platforms, and ongoing maintenance and optimization. Project deliverables, scope, and timelines will be defined in separate written agreements or proposals.

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution, to use our solutions in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to refrain from misuse, duplication, or reverse engineering of StatusBridge’s proprietary systems.

Fees, payment schedules, and billing details will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 2 days of invoice receipt. StatusBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.

All intellectual property rights for solutions developed by StatusBridge remain the exclusive property of StatusBridge until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solutions for their business purposes. Any use, reproduction, or distribution beyond the agreed scope requires prior written consent from StatusBridge.

Both parties agree to treat all non-public, proprietary, or confidential information exchanged during the course of the project as strictly confidential, and to use such information solely for project execution.

StatusBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the services, losses caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized access by the Client or third parties, or delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, outages, or force majeure).

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered and costs incurred up to the effective date of termination. Upon termination, StatusBridge will deliver all completed, paid-for work to the Client.

StatusBridge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Clients. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
